I'm Blue NY awarded the best company at the competition for young entrepreneurs.

The best student company in Finland is I'm Blue NY from Espoo

I'm Blue NY from Etelä-Tapiolan lukio, Espoo, has been awarded the best company from upper secondary and vocational school level at the competition for young entrepreneurs. Producing blueberry soda from Finnish blueberries, I’m Blue NY will be representing Finland in the Company of the Year Competition in Lucerne in July. The team was also awarded for the best product award.

The 15-19 year old participants have run their student companies for the duration of the school year with real money as a part of the JA Company Program as a part of their studies.

 

 

The competition is organized by Junior Achievement Finland, a non-profit organization supporting 7-25 year old youngsters’ entrepreneurship, skills for employment and financial literacy through learning programs that are taught in school alongside the other subjects.
