Meeting facilities

The historic Backby Manor provides an ideal setting for meetings and events. The location  in idyllic countryside surroundings, only 25 kilometers from the center of Helsinki and Helsinki-Vantaa Airport offers peace and quiet and inspires creative thinking. Our facilities are suitable for both smaller meetings of a few people and large seminars of up to 70 people, for both business and family events. The Manor Restaurant, located in the beautiful main building, seats 150 persons and the café has a capacity of 50 persons. Backby provides an ideal setting for different types of rehabilitation incl. spa treatments. 

Restaurant

Restaurant located in Backby in the fantastic historical manor environment. For example every Sunday the Manor Restaurant offers a delicious brunch where you can taste locally produced Finnish delicacies. The menu varies a little during the different seasons of the year.

Accommodation

Accommodation is offered in 50 rooms. The room includes WC, shower, TV, hairdryer, and bathrobes. If you want to upgrade your stay you can try our two unique rooms in the historical Kavaljeeri-building.

Sauna

A total of four saunas. Men's and women's saunas for approximately 10 persons. A steam sauna. A sauna with two steam rooms (advance booking required). In connection with the sauna, a fireplace room for approximately 40 persons, suitable for meetings. 15-meter swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym.
