Members of the national travel association AFTA, and Congress Network Finland, The Travel Experience have completed Quality 1000, the national travel Quality Development programme. Company directors are members of Site, the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence. Merja Hart is the current President of the Site Finland Chapter, aswell as being a board member for the Finnish Tourist Board and the AFTA Finland Group.
